They do have a repo a few OS targets at the opensuse repo, including
CentOS7, but again..for Intel only of course.

Fortunately, they have the SRPMS available there as well:

Tommi, are you familiar with building rpms from srpms? If so, the
procedure is the same on Power as it is on Intel (rpmbuild
-bb /somepath/whatever.spec, after you've installed the srpm). This will
result in installable binary rpms. Based on a quick test build I attempted
for the shiboleth srpm, it looks like xmltooling-schemas (>1.6.0) and
opensaml-schemas (>2.6.0) are pre-reqs, so you'll want to either find
prebuilt binaries for those for power, or build/install those as well from
the srpms provide in the src repo above, then build the main shibboleth
package. If you're not familiar with building code like this, I can try to
give some more hints.
