If you could change the Operating System you are running, Ubuntu and Debian
ship this package as part of the ppc64le port. These are the versions being
distributed by both OS

 * Ubuntu 17.04 has version 2.6.
 * Ubuntu 16.10 has version 2.5.6
 * Ubuntu 16.04 has version 2.5.3

 * Debian 9 has version 2.6.0
