I think the Architecture bit is wrong, as it should be able to run BE as
well (the right #ifdefs are there... and I'm pretty sure somebody tried
that once... although a grand total of 0 systems officially support BE
bare metal AFAIK).

The device tree node check should take care of any P9 system, and the
difference between FSP and non-FSP systems in P8 (that node doesn't
exist on OPAL on FSP systems).

While we *could* move the node in the future, I don't think it's ever
sensible to do so.
