Patrick,

My understanding is we will continue to run opal-prd on BMC based P9 system and 
on FSP based system, FSP will continue to do the diagnostics.

This patch checks for 'ibm,opal/diagnostics' DT node before starting the daemon. 
Anyway to run the opal-prd we need this node.

Hence I think we are fine with this patch.
