[Skiboot] [PATCH] opal/hmi: Signal PRD about NX unit checkstop.

OK, I've got a hold of the spreadsheet, but I think we really need
something more descriptive than "RAS Spreadsheet" in our public git
history and indeed the code-base.

Obviously there are some commercial considerations and not everything
can or should be made public, but even identifying the relevant document
more clearly would be a good start.
