[Skiboot] [PATCH 0/4] External-libflash fixes for ecc support

We need a couple of fixes to make the newly-added ecc code work with
external-to-skiboot builds of libflash, and a generic fix to ensure that we
have the necessary stdio.h header for the FL_* macros.

These patches should be applied on top of the earlier FL_* macro change:
