Google does this internally, and I think it works reasonably well on the
whole, it's a little awkward, but better than nothing. If the email starts
with LGTM (looks good to me), the system automatically marks the change
as approved. It's something people have to get used to, as it's not
arbitrary english, but it's still convenient.
