That does sound helpful, but we're not using git at the moment. All of
our current work is in mercurial. Both sound helpful if either work
with hg.

I was thinking that it could scan for keywords like a lot of svn hooks
to ticket tracking systems do (i.e. "Refs #1234", etc.).
