Not at present. Parsing english to find the new state would be a little 
hit-and-miss :)

Are you the maintainer of the project? If so, we have some scripts that 
we use to automatically update patchwork when a patch is committed. 

Alternatively, I have another script that will iterate over all the 
changes between two git commit refs, then looks for a corresponding 
patch in patchwork and set it to Accepted.

Would either of these help?
