Hi all,

I've fleshed out the milestones up on github:
https://github.com/open-power/op-build/milestones

(basically because, well, I needed to do the 6 weekly math up until
September, so I thought I may as well put it up there).

Currently, keeping to a 6 week schedule we have:
v1.9  - April 28th, 2016
v1.10 - June 9th, 2016
v1.11 - July 21st, 2016
v1.12 - September 1st, 2016
