Sorry for the delay, I was on the leave.

1. What commit are you building from?
Ans: origin/aspeed-master
2. What hardware is this that you're targeting?  Do you have
   un-upstreamed configuration for this machine?
Ans: We are using ast2600 BMC with our custom board

3. Have you checked the underlying dbus objects for state-management,
   rather than going right to `ipmitool`?
Ans: I'll included the "busctl tree" output with this mail.
4. Are you using `phosphor-state-manager` or `x86-power-control`?
Ans: We are using x86-power-control
