[Phishing Risk] [External] systemctl hangs on our BMC based on 2.11.0 release

Hi Heyi,
    I hit this problem 6 months ago, but it hasn't happened again
after upstream,
    I don't know the root cause. but you can try to do more tests
after upstream.
