phosphor-gpis-monitor

Hi,
I am trying to use phosphor-gpio-monitor and was wondering what is the parameter DEVPATH=”” needs to be passed. I thought it is /dev/gpiochip0 but with this I am getting error in init_event.
Please let me know if anyone used this and how do I define path for this. Do I need anything in kernel to build.
