vmlinx and ppcboot

You mentioned that "'make zImage' fails at the last step (building  a
zvmlinux)" which has nothing to do with PPCBoot.

Please try to specify your problem  again,  more  clearly,  with  all
details  like  the commands you enter and the error messages that are
printed.
