GTK+-1.1.15 uploaded to /incoming

I just uploaded gtk+-1.1.15-1.ppc.rpm and gtk+-devel-1.1.15-1.ppc.rpm to
/incoming on ftp.linuxppc.org.

These were compiled under MkLinux, but with glibc2 and all of the LinuxPPC
preR5 packages installed, so it should work fine on LinuxPPC systems.
