You best option would be Red Ribbon GNU/Linux which is targeted at the PS3 platform. Red Ribbon is based on Debian Wheezy and the team behind have put in a lot of effort to make a seamless install on the PS3. I have tried RC6 and was impressed. They are now at RC7.
