writing instructions of programming Cell/B.E. in easy documentation for
hoping for attract programmers to write codes on Cell/B.E.

Also, along with Akira's docs you want to read IBM's Cell BE Handbook.
Although "read" might be too much to expect, it's pretty long. Maybe
"browse" :)
