[Cbe-oss-dev] LWG_RFC00001-0 CORRECTION NOTICE: MFC functions reference nonexistent parameter

Linux CBE developers:

In an interest to establish some controls on standard public interfaces, I 
wish to (re)establish the JSRE Linux Workgroup RFC process. The current 
expectation is that this process will essentially mimic the process used 
by the JSRE Tools Workgroup.

The first RFC to be submitted is attached.  Since this is a "correction 
notice" and likely will be noncontroversial, this change request is 
automatically approved if no comments are received within a two week 
review period.  So, if you have any concerns regarding this change, please 
comment by  April 14th.
