<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">In an interest to establish some controls
on standard public interfaces, I wish to (re)establish the JSRE Linux Workgroup
RFC process. The current expectation is that this process will essentially
mimic the process used by the JSRE Tools Workgroup.</font>

<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">The first RFC to be submitted is attached.
Since this is a "correction notice" and likely will be
noncontroversial, this change request is automatically approved if no comments
are received within a two week review period. So, if you have any
concerns regarding this change, please comment by April 14th.</font>
