[c-lightning] Running c-lightning on mobile

Thanks Sjors for your input.

There is a nice effort by Igor Cotta to run c-lightning with light client (https://lists.ozlabs.org/pipermail/c-lightning/2018-May/000040.html). I think it is a good direction to support c-lightning in mobile buy it won't be sufficient unless changing the c-lightning code to work without the daemons (Currently 5).
Befor suggesting changes I am Interested to know if anyone has discussed or planned such change.
