Cheers, I did the tag the exact sha1 of the qemu thing and pushed that
up, and then there's my follow-on that makes ubuntu 18.04 pass
everywhere (ppc64le for example) and pushed it all up).

Series merged to master as of a0807ab01b37aae03a1ea6e2d90f03a587549319
and in 6.0-rc2

Well.. the tests seem to pass, so let's see how we go :)
