[Quickcall] qcfrob.py works with some applications, but not others

This can't be anything related to qcfrob.py per se - it does nothing
but initialize the speakerphone hardware.  This would be some setting
in your Gnome or pulseaudio settings which controls which sound device
various programs use by default.
