Patches with only renames are missing in patchwork

Hello!
We are using patchwork for the Buildroot project, and we are missing a
few patches in the list.

We've pinpointed it to patches containing only renames.

For example, patch 1/11:
    http://lists.busybox.net/pipermail/buildroot/2013-October/079999.html
in the series:
    http://lists.busybox.net/pipermail/buildroot/2013-October/thread.html#79998
is missing from:
    http://patchwork.ozlabs.org/project/buildroot/list/

We know that renames-oly patches are pretty rare for the Linux kernel,
but we occasionally get a few of them in Buildroot.

Since the maintainer (Peter, CCed) manages the pending patches almost
exclusively using patchwork, this has caused us a few (minor!) issues.
Nothing like a gravel in a shoe, but still. ;-)
