Patchwork Update Errors

Any more idea's Jeremy?  I have tried adding the follwing:

export PYTHONPATH='/srv/pathwork/apps';'/srv/parthwork':'/srv/patchwork/apps/patchwork'

But that did not help, and I still get the same error message.
