2018.02 would be pretty good for us, that lines up with a bunch of good
things.

op-build v1.23 https://github.com/open-power/op-build/milestone/27 is
scheduled for Feb 21st, but I'd kind of hope we slip it to pick up LTS
buildroot (we should also have LTS kernel then too).
