[OpenPower-Firmware] Fwd: [Buildroot] Buildroot Long Term Support releases: from 2017.02 to 2017.02.6 and counting

With the OpenPower firmware build using buildroot, this is relevant to
teams supporting firmware for products that do not build from the
latest tree:

> Starting with 2017.02, the Buildroot community has decided
> to offer one long term supported release every year: 2017.02
> will be supported one year in terms of security updates and
> bug fixes, until 2018.02 is released.
