CLA managers and member list update for MiTAC's CCLA

Dear OpenBMC org

As the attached pdf, MiTAC has signed the CCLA in 2018, but most of all the name list on the original CCLA (including Point of Contact, the list of CLA managers and members on "Schedule A" has been changed). Recently MiTAC is working on new server products on various platforms and would like to contribute to OpenBMC, something would need to check with OpenBMC org 

1. Whether need to resubmit the CCLA for the new point of contact and the list of CLA manages and members?
2. If just need to update the "Schedule A" of the original CCLA of MiTAC, the updated list for "Schedule A" is ready as the attached pdf, can we get the help from OpenBMC org to upload it to google drive? Or MiTAC could get the access permission to upload it directly?
3. Since MiTAC is targeting to contribute OpenBMC with the new platforms soon in 2025 Q1, can we add people to the gerrit CI group due to all of our members and CLA managers are replaced?

Thank you so much. We have checked the original CCLA hardcopy you helped to find out, it was signed with "MiTAC Computing Technology", so to MiTAC, it is no concern to keep this CCLA from legal perspective since we will keep "MiTAC" as our only brand name later from this year.

Just checked the CLA manager name list which would need to be updated, per the process and rule, I remember the CLA manager list is allowed to be updated by ourselves and upload to google drive directly, so if I am correct, we will update the CLA manager name list then may ask for your help for adding people to the gerrit CI group (for CI approval)

Hi, welcome back. I don't see a CLA for Tyan in our google drive. I do see one for MiTAC

If you can  just submit one CLA for both Tyan and MiTAC then that would be simplest.

You can send to the mailing list and I'll review and update it in our google drive.
