How to post presentations to the OpenBMC community?

OpenBMC community,

What is the right way to post presentations to the OpenBMC community?
Is it here? https://github.com/openbmc/openbmc/wiki/Presentations

I tried to follow 
https://docs.github.com/en/communities/documenting-your-project-with-wikis/adding-or-editing-wiki-pages#adding-or-editing-wiki-pages-locally
but did not have permission to push my commit.
