[PATCH] ARM: dts: nuvoton: Fix flash layout

Hello, Tomer.

Seems like Nuvoton's u-boot expects the uboot-env at different address
comparing to openbmc-flash-layout.dtsi:

The change is more about making partitions naming the same as expected by
OpenBMC.
