Discrete sensors for entity-manager and dbus-sensors.

Hi all,

In phosphor-ipmi-host, a yaml file of sensors can associate a dbus-object with a sensor at the build time. And thus, both numerical and discrete sensors can present on the ipmi sensor list.

In my case, the BMC uses intel-ipmi-oem + entity-manager + dbus-sensors. However, entity-manager and dbus-sensors appear not to support discrete sensors. 

Do dbus-sensors and entity-manager plan to support discrete sensors?
