hwmon sysfs entries not created for temperature in adm1278 driver

Hi,

As per adm1278 datasheet, tempeature(0xd8) supported in adm1278. But
temperature attributes not listed in the hwmon sysfs as below.

root at yosemitev2:~# cat /sys/class/hwmon/hwmon4/
