about openbmc IRC

and i want to join openbmc, but eveny i join, i was kick off by @appservice-irc:matrix.org
with the error:

You were kicked from openbmc by @appservice-irc:matrix.org

Reason: IRC error on #openbmc: err_needreggednick



i have register in Riot: #openbmc:matrix.org as nick name zhuanyeshiti.
how can i join openbmc?
