If I have Certificate Authority (CA) sign the BMC's Certificate and the CA signs with an Intermediate CA, how do I get bmcweb or phosphor-certificate-manager to deliver the BMC Certificate as well as the signing Intermediate CA Certificate? Thus having a Certificate Chain.
