Hi Yusak

You have put your PV last in the generator list (and therefore last in
the merit order), so it rarely, if ever, gets a chance to run.  This
is why you see 0 TWh supplied and always energy in surplus for these
PV plants.  I suggest you reorder the generators in an order
approximating the marginal cost of generation (eg, PV, wind, hydro,
coal, gas, diesel, or similar).
