[NEMO-devel] more defaults moved to default.cfg

I have moved many of the model defaults from Python source files into
the default.cfg configuration file (still more to go).  It is possible
to still override these using command line options, but is no longer
necessary.  If you want, you can just modify your configuration file.
The current contents are here:

The command line options are still useful for scripting some
sensitivity analyses, for example.  I trust this will make things more
usable!
