[NEMO-devel] NEMO has a web page

Hi all.

It is all very basic at the moment, but NEMO now has a web page:
http://nemo.ozlabs.org.  I have even started writing some chicken
scratchings of a user's guide (linked off the main page).  I plan to add
to that as time allows.

Suggestions for missing material is welcome!
