[NEMO-devel] now using ROAM data sets

Hi all,

I have now finished making the changes to migrate from the previous data
set (a mix of my own simulated RE generation data from SAM, plus actual
wind generation in the NEM in 2010) to 2010 data from the AEMO 100%
Renewable Electricity study.  This is a very nice improvement as it
eliminates the large database (a design mistake!), offers a much wider
geographic and temoporal range, and only requires a small number of
plain text data files:

-rw-rw-r-- 1 bje bje 2.0M Sep 17 03:55 demand.data
-rw-rw-r-- 1 bje bje 2.5M Sep  9 12:17 pv1axis-data.csv
-rw-rw-r-- 1 bje bje 1.6M Sep  9 12:17 wind-data.csv

These files are kept in the source tree (under 'data/').

I will soon add a set of data files for 7-8 years.
