None at all, except that since the RTAS call is suspend, I thought that
might be needlessly obfuscatory :-)

There are no other values today...but I would rather leave it open for
future functions.  There's not much value in demanding that the string
be "suspend" as opposed to anything else, but a strcmp doesn't cost that
much...
