man pages for 2.6.14-rc5 spufs

These are three man pages describing the current kernel interface
used in the spufs release. The spufs(7) man page tells about the
specific files in the spu file system and how to interact with
them. The spu_run(2) and spu_create(2) man pages describe the two
newly introduced system calls.
