2.6.9-rc4 kernel -- "cannot find space for TCE table"

Ok, it appears we aren't dropping into the open firmware debugger
randomly, the kernel seems to give up early in the boot process
Below is the output of an attempted boot of 2.6.9-rc4.
Jose, ever seen anything like this?
