`tlbiel' instruction still breaks POWER3 on 2.6.0

ameslab 2.6 boots fine on power3

fyi it even works fine when the userland is the old suse sles8,
pre-rc-anything.

Im guessing there's a lot in ameslab thats not in 2.6 yet?
