[PATH] rpaphp doesn't initialize slot's name

Hi Linda,

I don't know if your patch fixes this, but during a boot of mondays
(26 april) ameslab kernel, I got the following in dmesg.
Is this a know problem? perchance you patch fixes this?

After boot, the system seemd to operate, well, almost normally
(it crashed for an unrelated reason).
