We're not finding 1.02 on RHEL 7.3 for x86.. are you sure?

Someone knowledgeable checked and reported:

/The latest version I can find on RHEL 7.3 is 1.0.1e-60.el7_3.1.x86_64./

As always, if there's a new release in play, with a beta, that's a good
thing to check into.

A Red Hat bugzilla search also found this.. which shows OpenSSL 1.0.2
being worked for  7.4 ...

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1276310
<https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1276310>

ps..  I went to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/

typed in openssl 1.0.2 in the search field, and of course got 450+
hits. But then searched on the web page for openssl 1.0.2, which was
just a handful.
