static Elf

hi

i am trying to execute  static ELF file in user space o.e by calling
execve
after system call every thing went okay
thread start function called and success full return to sys_execve but
then system do not execute  my process but sits else(neither hangs nor
execute)
what can be problem?
please reply soon
