Inquiry : ECC on embedded system

Just curious if there are any efforts in ECC memory support (handling of
correctable and uncorrectable memory errors) on PPC embedded systems. I
vaguely recall finding something through google search, although that effort
appears to be largely directed toward x86 desktop.
