DRAM problems (was RE: ext2fs or ramdisk problems......)

Hi,

It was indeed a dram problem that was bugging me. The hardware engineer
pumped up the CPU frequency and at the same time upgraded the UPM tables.
Now I am mounting ramdisks at boot time and running at twice the speed.
