mklibs.sh script for ppc

Hello:

I'm tweaking the mklibs.sh library squeezing script from the debian
distribution to work on PPC targets. While I was working on that I thought
I should ask if anyone else has already done this before.

If you did and you don't mind sharing your work I'd love to see your
script.
