MPC860ADS

Ok I am trying to find a MPC860 development kit and from what I have
found so far the MPC860ADS was a good thing, the MPC860FADS is not a
good thing.  So where can I find something else?  Something geared
toward getting me from here (nothing) to embedding an MPC860 into my
design (free schematics, software tools, etc).  The places I have found
are more geared toward you integrating there board into your system,
which is not an option in my case...
