[PATCH -next] [POWERPC] Rename get_property to of_get_property: use DEFINE_SPINLOCK() for spinlock

[Ye Bin]

spinlock can be initialized automatically with DEFINE_SPINLOCK()
rather than explicitly calling spin_lock_init().
