[PATCH 1/9] cell: generalize io-workarounds code

Ishizaki Kou kou.ishizaki at toshiba.co.jp
Thu Apr 24 19:21:10 EST 2008

This patch splits cell io-workaround code into spider-pci dependent
code and a generic part, and also moves io-workarounds initialization
into cell_setup_phb. This patch includes BenH's fix.
